FAQs
Find answers to common questions about the buying process, construction timelines, and reserving a lot.
When can I purchase or reserve my lot?
Exciting news: You can reserve or purchase now!
Phase I lots are ready for purchase. Phase II lots are available to reserve. Contact Jennifer Kragh today to look at available lots and purchase or reserve yours.
How does the process work?
Our developer and builders are working in tandem, each with their own specific responsibilities. The developer, Ron Bradshaw, is making the land build-ready and creating the infrastructure, including utilities, streets and alleys, sidewalks and walking trails, gateway entrances, landscaping and more, to ensure that Lexford Park is as beautiful as it is functional. Our talented preferred builders have been carefully selected and will bring your new Lexford Park custom or spec home to life.
How do I purchase or reserve my lot?
Contact Jennifer Kragh to set up an in-person meeting or a call. She and her team will give you the latest information on available lots. Phase I lots are available for purchase, and Phase II lots are available for reservation.
If you’d like to proceed with purchasing or reserving a lot, the process is straightforward:
- You’ll make your lot selection.
- We’ll complete the reservation or purchase agreement
Upon making your lot reservation or purchase, you’ll be introduced to our curated list of preferred builders. You’ll have the opportunity to meet with them, find your best fit and start the design process with the preferred builder you choose. They will ensure your design adheres to the required design guidelines. We can also connect you with our builders before you finalize your lot selection to discuss what size and type of homes will fit on the lots you’re interested in.
What if I prefer to purchase a spec home rather than custom build?
That works, too! Several Lexford Park builders will offer spec homes in a variety of floorplans. Contact Jennifer Kragh for details.
When will site work begin?
Progress is happening every day! You’ll see it as you drive by, and you can follow along on social media. Phase I site work is going swimmingly, and we anticipate that applications for building permits will begin this winter.
Phase II site work will begin in spring of 2026. As we draw closer, our timeline will become more specific, but rest assured we are well on our way.
What is the timeline for home construction?
Phase I home construction is beginning this winter.
The Phase II home construction timeline is a work in progress – you can expect updates the moment we have them.
