FAQs
Find answers to common questions about the buying process, construction timelines, and reserving a lot.
When can I reserve my lot?
Now. Lot reservations have begun and are ongoing. Contact Jennifer today to look at available lots and reserve yours.
How does the process work?
Our developer and builders are working in tandem, each with their own specific responsibilities. The developer is making the land build-ready, and our preferred builders will bring your new Lexford Park home to life.
How do I reserve my lot?
Contact Jennifer Kragh to set up an in-person meeting or a call. She and her team will give you the latest information on available lots.
If you’d like to proceed with reserving a lot, the process is straightforward:
- You’ll make your lot selection.
- We’ll complete the reservation agreement
- You’ll secure your lot reservation by putting 5% of the purchase price down.
That reservation is fully refundable until lots are staked and reservation holders are invited to come to view their selected lots. If reservation holders elect to proceed with their lot at that time, formal purchase contracts will be entered into. If you decide the lot is not right for you, you can release your reservation or make a different selection from the remaining available lots.
Upon making your lot reservation, you’ll be introduced to our curated list of preferred builders. You’ll have the opportunity to meet with them, find your best fit and start the design process with the preferred builder you choose. They will ensure your design adheres to the required design guidelines. We can also arrange for you to meet with builders before making a lot selection to discuss what size and type of homes will fit on the lots you’re interested in.
When will site work begin?
As you’ll clearly see if you’ve driven by Lexford Park, Phase 1 site work has begun and is going swimmingly! A timeline for Phase 2 site work is itself a work in progress at this time and will be announced at a later date.
What is the timeline for home construction?
The developer, Ron Bradshaw, is working on the infrastructure for Lexford Park as we speak. We expect you’ll be able to convert your lot reservation into a purchase this summer, and plan to begin construction on the neighborhood’s first homes in late summer.
I am interested in a townhome, how does that process work?
Bear Creek Homes is the exclusive builder of our townhomes, bringing their expertise and craftsmanship to every detail. We’re excited to share that construction on the first 14 townhomes on the south side will begin this summer, with plenty of interior customization options available for early buyers. Designed for a true lock-and-leave lifestyle, these townhomes offer a variety of bespoke interior selections, all thoughtfully designed to balance style and functionality. The lead architect for the project is Bruce Bockus of Bockus Payne Architecture, ensuring a cohesive and well-executed design for the community. Contact Jennifer Kragh with Sage Sotheby’s International Realty to learn more about the timeline and process.
