Owner & Developer
Ron Bradshaw is Lexford Park’s developer and visionary. Born and raised in Oklahoma City, just blocks from Lexford Park, Ron, his partners and his team are known for their beautifully-executed developments including Grand Circle, Page Woodson, Second Street Lofts, The Civic condominium homes and the Maywood Apartments.
Bockus Payne
Bruce Bockus, President of Bockus Payne, has more than thirty years of experience in community projects and custom residential design. Bruce views architecture as a responsive art form that requires listening to and interpreting clients’ visions without preconceived notions. He also strongly believes that beauty matters, and that his role as an architect is to create beauty. Born and raised in Oklahoma City, he makes his home in Edgemere Heights.
Jennifer Kragh
Jennifer Kragh, with Sage Sotheby’s International Realty, is the sales agent for Lexford Park. She is a client-focused expert whose gift for communication and genuine devotion to detail ensures that every client feels cared for and supported. Howard Fairbairn is a landscape architecture, site planning, and urban design firm specializing in innovative and sustainable designs. Among his notable projects is the master plan for OKC’s beautiful Stinchcomb Wildlife Refuge and Project 180 Streetscape.
Johnson & Associates
Tim Johnson, Tyler Munzy and Mark Zitzow with Johnson & Associates are Lexford Park’s site engineers. They are responsible for mapping out streets, making sure everything is graded properly and working with the City of OKC on things like zoning and plat approval.
Cooper House
Cooper House creates strategic and story-focused brands for hotels, restaurants, properties and ventures. They are known for their work on the award-winning Ellison Hotel and upcoming brand evolution for Skirvin. Each part of the Lexford Park brand is intended to create established reverence that fits seamlessly with its surroundings.
Eddington Communications
The story of Lexford Park is an important one to share with many audiences including potential and confirmed new neighbors, members of the media and people living in adjoining neighborhoods. Christine Eddington, principal at Eddington Communications, is the public relations and communications arm of the team.
Gina Sofola
Gina Sofola is the President and Principal Consultant for, Sofola and Associates, Inc., a project management and planning consulting firm started in 1999. She has 40 years of engineering experience specializing in project planning and construction. In 2017 she added urban planning to the firm’s offerings. She has managed multi-million-dollar projects around the country for Fortune 500 Companies, private developers, transportation agencies and major municipalities.
